Update: FMC Receiving Complaints re: Swift International Logistics, Inc.

The Commission has received a growing number of complaints regarding licensed, bonded and tariffed non-vessel-operating common carrier, Swift International Logistics, Inc., FMC license number 024038N, registered to operate in West Orange, NJ. Efforts by consumers to contact Swift International Logistics, Inc. have been unsuccessful.

At this time, the FMC encourages anyone that has used Swift to arrange for international shipment of their cargo and that is currently experiencing problems with a shipment to take the following steps:

If you have had to make additional payments to Swift’s agents due to Swift’s failure to make payment, or if your shipment has not been delivered or recovered, you may contact the bond company for information on filing a claim for compensation with the surety company listed below:
