The Federal Maritime Commission’s Maritime Environmental Committee invites you to attend its Brown Bag Speaker Series with a presentation by Charles (Bud) Darr, Senior Vice President of Technical and Regulatory Affairs, Cruise Line International Association (CLIA), and Edmund Welch, Legislative Director, Passenger Vessel Association (PVA). This presentation will discuss environmental best practices employed by the cruise line and passenger vessel industries.
