Commissioner Rebecca Dye has announced the dates and locations of the first two field interviews she will conduct as part of Phase Two of the Federal Maritime Commission’s Fact Finding 28 investigation into marine terminal demurrage and ocean carrier detention practices:
- Week of November 12, 2018 October 15, 2018 — Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach
- Week of October 29, 2018 — Port Everglades and Port of Miami
