Commissioner Maffei visits Ports and industry representatives while in Seattle/Tacoma

From September 13-15 Commissioner Maffei traveled to Seattle and Tacoma, where he toured both the Ports of Seattle and Tacoma and met with a variety of industry stakeholders. During his visit the Commissioner focused his discussions on the impact the Northwest Seaport Alliance, the joint operation of the ports of Seattle and Tacoma, has had both on local businesses and general international commerce trends in the Pacific Northwest.
