Commission Wants More Information on Two MTO Agreements

The Federal Maritime Commission today voted to issue a Request for Additional Information for two agreements pending before the agency: the Puerto Nuevo Terminals LLC Cooperative Working Agreement (FMC Agreement No. 201292); and, the Georgia-South Carolina Marine Terminal Operator Cooperative Working Agreement (FMC Agreement No. 201293).

Once the Commission receives responses to its Request for Additional Information, will have another 45-days to analyze the agreements.
