Industry Advisory—Names of Non-Compliant NVOCCs Posted to FMC Website

The Federal Maritime Commission began posting the names of Non-Vessel-Operating Common Carriers (NVOCCs) that do not publish a tariff, contrary to Commission regulations (46 C.F.R. §520.3(a)).
