Pursuant to Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Memorandum M-25-21, Accelerating Federal Use of AI through Innovation, Governance, and Public Trust, the Commission previously conducted an assessment and determined that it did not use nor have any planned use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) that is covered by OMB Memorandum M-25-21. The Commission is in the process of developing a plan for AI use and will update this page when that is complete.
