Commissioner Dye Delivers Keynote at ANZ Shipping & Logistics Conference

On Thursday, August 27, 2026, and Friday, August 28, 2026, Freight & Trade Alliance (FTA), the Australian Peak Shippers Association (APSA) and the New Zealand Cargo Owners Council (NZCOC) hosted the 2026 Australia & New Zealand Shipping & Logistics Conference (ANZSLC) and invited Commissioner Dye to be a key speaker on Global Shipping Environment & Data-Driven Decision-Making.

Commissioner Dye provided international insights into the evolving global shipping environment. Her session explored how industry perspectives can sometimes contribute to supply chain bottlenecks and slow the adoption of more efficient processes. The discussion also highlighted the growing importance of data in identifying inefficiencies and improving decision-making, along with an update on current priorities and developments at the FMC. Lawrence Christoffelsz, host of IETV, interviewed her on-site at the conference. The interview is featured here: 2026 ANZSLC Interview
