Notice of Inquiry: U.S. Inland Containerized Cargo Moving Through Canadian and Mexican Seaports
The Federal Maritime Commission is issuing this Notice of Inquiry to solicit the public's views and information concerning factors that may cause or contribute to the shift of containerized cargo destined for U.S. inland points from U.S. to Canadian and Mexican seaports. Here in California, there has been significant activity in the area of environmental reform, to include advocating use and development of alternative fuels.
