The Federal Maritime Commission approved and submitted to Congress its FY 2009 Budget Request, which includes its FY 2009 Final Annual Performance Plan. The document was submitted simultaneously with the President's submission of the FY 2009 request for the government. The Commission's vote to submit the budget request was 4-0.
