Erin Masson Wirth Joins FMC as Administrative Law Judge

Chairman Richard A. Lidinsky, Jr. announced that Erin Masson Wirth has joined the Federal Maritime Commission as an Administrative Law Judge.
Judge Wirth is a graduate of Smith College and the College of William and Mary School of Law. Her litigation experience includes work in private practice, as a criminal prosecutor, and as managing attorney of a legal aid office. In addition, she served as an attorney-advisor to the Administrative Law Judges at the Federal Trade Commission. She has published articles on a variety of topics for the West Group's ALR series and legal journals. Prior to joining the Commission, Judge Wirth served as an Administrative Law Judge for the Social Security Administration in Richmond, Virginia.
Chairman Lidinsky remarked that: "Judge Wirth's administrative and litigation experience make her a welcome addition to the Commission."
