Activity Logs: The Commission creates and maintains a log or listing of all documents received or issued in each formal proceeding (including formal dockets, investigations and rulemakings) and each petition received by the Commission. Logs of all active proceedings and petitions currently before the Commission, and logs for selected closed proceedings dating back to 1996 are accessible below by category. (Note that, at this time, logs are neither generated nor published for Informal Docket proceedings.)
Proceedings: The Commission publishes on its website final Commission and ALJ decisions and other significant Commission issuances in docketed proceedings and petitions . These issuances date back to 1996 and include selected issuances from earlier years.
Rulemakings: Rules issued by the Commission since 1996 are available in electronic format and are accessible below by category. Selected earlier rulemakings are also published here.
Investigations: Orders issued at the outset or conclusion of investigative proceedings from 1996 to present are available in electronic format and accessible below by category. Selected earlier orders are also published here.
